There's been a lingering question in my mind regarding the fuel line that connects the fuel rails together. My question is more specific to after market (Border and 300 Degree) rails. On these setups why is the line a braided hose instead of being a hard line? From what I understand the usage of hose (braided or not) over hard line is reserved for places where engine motion and flexing factor in (hence hoses going from the frame to the engine). I was just wondering. Maybe the engine flex between fuel rails is an issue.
